    Hello Friends,

Well where should I start... Let me see... Ok after the SX season I was hurt, as you know, and I could not go to
Spain. I was healing really quickly and thought I could go riding down to Sigi`s place in Spain the last 10 days in February.
I had given my SX bike back to the team and was waiting for my new bikes.... Waiting Waiting Waiting.... I tried calling my Sponsor Mr Seibert and his manager Enrico Reich but to no avail. I was getting really worried and time was running away.
What I found out shocked me.... There was no way of getting bikes and parts from my sponsor anymore, infact I cannot even contact him.
So I went looking for a new Team. I spoke to Kawasaki Germany then to Harald Pfeil who was really helpful. I spoke to Suzuki Germany. I spoke to Silentsport who have some interesting projects going on. I also spoke to the Sarholz Family. Of cause it was really late in the year so they had to see if they could scratch some bikes and parts together. Silentsport lent me a bike to ride, a Suzuki RM 250 .At last a mx track.

I went to Grevenbroich Saturday and Sunday. Met up with my Buddyof mine Jens Weber. Saturday was fun. Gees how much fun was the 2 stroke to ride again.... yiihhaaaa Even the snow flakes that fell every now and again could not perturb my good spirits Saturday night I was dead tired but happy... Jens and I slept over in a hotel near the track. Sunday was good weather.... Sunshine. I went out on to the track loving life. After about 20 min disaster stuck....

I was on the track enjoying life. Then things went Sauer. I had to dodge a slow rider and in doing so I went down. In the process I broke my Hand. I couldn’t believe my luck...... I am helping a young rider called Marlon Bremse with his training and riding.
He’s dad drove me down to Frankfurt to the B.G Hospital. I have been there for nearly all my hand problems. I saw Dr Winkler he is a hand specialist. He did my hand before and I can say any one who has hand problems he is the person to see.... They operated on my hand on Wednesday. It was a long op. Dr Winkler took out the old plate. It was a mission and I could hear all the drills and grinders working hard :o)
I was able to leave the Hospital on Friday. With out having my hand in plaster
Here I have 2 X-Rays for you of my hand. One is before the op, you can see the break and the second one (not very good sorry) is after the op.

I was in Schwedt on the weekend helping some riders from the Brandenburgische Leistungszentrum.
It was perfect weather just really cold on Saturday. I took my Friend Marcel Dornhöfer with as my demonstration rider. He loved it. It was his first time on the bike since.... forever too. It was a fun weekend. Here are some pictures for you.
Eddy who runs the show there was already prepairing the track for the Masters series.
He has done alot of work.

I will keep you all informed about how my talks are going with the
teams and my return to racing
Take care and ride safe
